How digital I am?
Let me start off by saying, that I know I use a lot of electronics and gadgets. Like many others in my generation, I get most of my information off Internet, and spend a lot of time surfing it. I, unlike many of the older members of my social life (parents, teachers etc.) don't think it's a bad thing. An unbelievable amount of information is just seconds of researching away, or if I face a task like Henri's, I can always contact my friends via internet messaging sites and applications that use internet. When my friends are unable to help me, I'm always able to find a professional on the subject through internet, and contact them with e-mail for help. So with all this talk about globalization and it being bad, I think internet and moving on to a more digital time is a wonderful thing.
In conclusion, I myself am very "digital", and I think it's a good thing to be so.

Blog Post #6
Dear host family,
greetings from Finland! My name is Otso Elias
Pulkkinen, but I prefer being called Elias. I'm going to stay at your house for
a year while I'm an exchange student, and study at your beautiful country. I
would like to thank you for letting me live at your home and experience your
culture so closely.
Like I already told you, my name is Elias and here are
some things about me and my family: In my family there are my mom Helena, dad
Otto, big brother Mikael and I. The two of us have about three year age difference,
he’s almost a 20-year-old and I’m not far from being 17 years myself. When we
were little, Mikael was a hero in my eyes because, well he is my big brother after
all. But now more about me and my life! I go to Helsingin luonnontiede lukio
(Hellu), which roughly translates to Helsinki’s high school of natural
sciences.
